Celebrating the grand opening of Just Salad‘s first Buffalo-area location, the restaurant welcomed guests with a Giveback Day promotion benefiting Grassroots Gardens WNY. Throughout the day on April 15, 2026, $1 from every in-store purchase was donated back to Grassroots Gardens WNY.
In total, $363 was donated to directly support our network of community and school gardens throughout Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Kenmore.
