Herb Care and Processing Workshop

This herb care and processing workshop is being organized by Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village, and taught by Grassroots Gardens WNY!

Learn herb care and processing techniques for some of your favorite herbs, like basil, dill, and cilantro. This workshop is for beginner-level gardeners looking to learn more about growing, harvesting, and enjoying the herbs that grow during summer in WNY. The workshop will include maintenance tips for successful growing and methods for processing herbs.

Participants will make a tasty herb oil to bring home!

Admission includes workshop supplies. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
