Gathering Volunteer
Volunteer Orientation and Meet-up!
March 21 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Are you an aspiring community gardener, a friend of flowers, or looking for a deeper connection to neighborhood greenspaces? Our annual volunteer orientation is a great place to start!
Learn about Grassroots Gardens WNY, our network of 110+ gardens, and the activities you can do as a volunteer during the 2026 season!
During the second half of the session, we’ll be sorting seeds, potting up native plants, and cleaning up Broadway Community Garden’s perennial berm. It’s a great time to ask questions, meet like-minded gardeners, and help out as Spring begins.
