Fun in the Sun(set) Volunteer Session – Lower West Side

Help us buff this Lower West Side gem until it shines! Come learn about Lugar Hermoso de Pedro and the 15+ years that this garden at the corner of West & Hudson has seen. Join us at one of the most mature gardens in our network, where you can practice pruning on well-established trees and shrubs in need of a haircut. There are also extensive flower patches to test your plant identification knowledge, and many raised beds of produce that feeds the neighborhood – in sometimes surprising ways!

No prior gardening experience or tools required – we’ll have everything (we just need you!)

Please park near 217 West Ave, Buffalo, NY 14201 if possible!
