BWELL Garden Swap Event
This third-party event is organized by Buffalo Women of Environmental Learning and Leadership (BWELL) and is being hosted at Grassroots Gardens WNY’s Resource Center.
BWELL welcomes the community to swap seeds, garden tools, plants, and wisdom at their fifth annual Garden Swap! During the event, learn from special guest speaker, Dom Crockett of Mighty Meats.
Please bring healthy, pest-free items. Label all plants, cuttings, and seeds.
About the guest speaker: Dom Crockett of Mighty Meats
Dom’s passion for food and human vitality started with his company Mighty Meats — blending grass-fed beef with nutrient-dense organ meats for perimenopausal and postpartum women reclaiming their strength, and athletes fueling serious performance. That work deepened when he joined 5 Loaves Farm, witnessing firsthand that access to real, regeneratively grown food has a positive impact on bodies and communities. “Both experiences share the same conviction: nourishing food should be available to everyone who deserves it.”
About the organizer: BWELL (Buffalo Women of Environmental Learning and Leadership)
BWELL encourages women to explore the natural environment and develop leadership skills through environmental stewardship and community engagement.
